County, State and Federal Criminal Records --
Felony/Misdemeanor
COUNTY
Using a nationwide network of court researchers, we
provide access to all county court records in the United States. These
searches are done using the Name, DOB & Social Security Number of
the applicant and will return all felony & misdemeanor convictions
for a 7-year period in the specified county. Dispositions may include
jail time, case numbers, fines, probation and counseling &
rehabilitation information.

Statewide searches are available in select states. Contact us for

FEDERAL DISTRICT
Each state in the U.S. is broken down into Districts. Depending
on which area and county your applicant lived we then search that
District. This search should not be used in place of a County
search. It is not as thorough a search and will not turn up the
detailed and recorded records as in individual counties. This is
a Federal search and may not have available county records.
E.B.I. will compare all
information within the package choice for your
company and choose the best counties to search. Due to our
expertise in the higher criminal areas in each state and the
combination of information in the report we can best evaluate which
counties to search in a package that offers more than 1 county.
Notes:
***Due to changes
in New York State Law you cannot search individual counties.
There is only 1 search available that covers all 62 counties.
*** A sample report will be provided in your start up packet.
***Some counties incur
additional fees. ( we will send a county fee list with start up packet.)
